As private individuals offering short-term tourist rentals, we collect and process your personal data (name, surname, e-mail, and phone number) exclusively to manage your request for information and to contact you regarding the availability and terms of the rental. The processing is aimed at the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
- Processing and storage methods
Data is processed electronically with security measures designed to prevent loss or unauthorized access. Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to manage your request. Once this purpose is fulfilled, the data will be deleted, except for any mandatory storage obligations provided by law (e.g., communications to Public Security authorities).
